What’s included in the monthly service?+
Weekly visits include brushing, vacuuming, surface skimming, emptying skimmer baskets, equipment checks, and water chemistry testing and balancing. Routine chemicals are included. Any additional chemicals or work are discussed with you beforehand and charged on your invoice.
Will I have a regular service day?+
Yes. We’ll agree on a weekly service day before we start. We’ll also confirm gate and pool access with you so the first visit goes smoothly.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?+
No. Beezy’s pool cleaning service is month-to-month, with no long-term contract. There is no startup fee for pools ready for routine service. If your pool needs an intensive initial cleanup, we’ll include that in your quote.
When will I receive my first bill?+
Your first month is billed after you’ve received your first full month of service. This is a billing schedule, not a free-month promotion.
Can you help with a repair or a pool that needs extra work?+
Yes. Alongside pool cleaning, Beezy offers pool motor repair and replacement, salt cell replacement, filter replacements, and equipment maintenance. Tell us what you need when you request your quote. These services are quoted separately from the monthly cleaning plans. Any additional chemicals or work are discussed beforehand and charged on your invoice.
Do you offer a referral credit?+
Yes. Existing customers receive a $20 referral credit after their referred customer signs up and pays for their first full month of service. Ask your friend to mention your name when they contact us.
Pool care beyond the weekly visit
Ask us about filter cleaning, green pools, storm debris, routine tile-line care, and minor equipment repairs. We’ll look at what your pool needs and discuss the price in advance.
